Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. We want you to come and get your workout in. And truthfully, a bit our soul cringes a little every time we see someone no-show or late-cancel their reservation. With our intimate small-group classes, the studio's No-Show / Late-Cancellation policy serves two main goals: (1) that there is a spot reserved just for you and (2) all studio members have fair access to classes.
Every person has unique needs when it comes to fitness, yet most personal trainers do the same old routine with every client week after week. The My Health Studio is a new kind of personal training solution that provides customized workouts built especially to target your unique problem areas and help you get incredible results month after month. These classes change as your body changes.
You control your own schedule by the reservations you make (not your roommate, your spouse or your workout BFF). If your personal and/or professional lifestyle is as such that you're unable control your own schedule (we get it - we've been there), you always have the option to try to "walk-in" to a class or opt for a Class Series Package.
